The dishes below are marinated in herbs and spices, then barbecued in our clay oven. Tandoori dishes are served with salad.
Balti is a deep dish in which the food is prepared. The curry differs from normal curries because the exotic collection of fresh spices and herbs are used, creating a thicker richer and distinctive flavour. All balti dishes are freshly made and can be prepared mild, medium, hot or very hot. Balti dishes are served with naan bread.
Biryani dishes are cooked separately and then brought together with basmati rice and are served with a portion of vegetable curry sauce. The chef's special masala is used to give the Biryani a unique taste.
